The best of the articles I read about the relationship between chicken poop and arsenic. The Humane Society's press release on the lawsuit challenging the U.S. Department of Agriculture's refusal to enforce humane slaughter laws for poultry. The article I mentioned focusing on small farms in California that are voluntarily switching to more humane slaughter practices. And Rural Roots where you can use the Find Farm Fresh Food to locate small farms who share your views on ethicureanism. Oh, and since I'm using a word they probably coined, (eth•i•cu•re•an n.
